Well I feel like I'm doing really well! Food-wise, not so perfect, but I'm definitely getting more active.
Sunday night Andrew and I went and played tennis for an hour. We're hoping to make this a weekly ritual (I, actually, am hoping it can be more like 2-3 times a week). I also started walking a lot this week. Tuesday night, Drew and I walked 2 miles. Then last night I met with my lovely friend Sharla at a local school track and walked another 2 miles. And tonight I'll be walking ANOTHER 2 miles. Yay!
I'm hoping to start out with an easy 6-8 miles/week. Sadly, that'll probably be enough to help kick-start this weight-loss. Let's hope so!
I have a wedding in June I'm supposed to go to...... quite honestly I'm horrified at the thought of showing up and my close friend's wedding like this. I haven't seen her since about.... oh.... let's see.... 75 pounds ago? Yeah. Yikes. This is I think right about 8 weeks from now. So hopefully I can do enough in that amount of time to at least feel better about myself. (Although very few people feel confident when they're standing next to this girl. She's about the size of my right arm.)

i started running again this morning. i'm going to do at least a mile a day. and i'm back on with the diet! les do dis thang!
